InStream:
InStream is a streaming tool that is possible to run on Windows (64-bit) systems and is compatible with SHOUTcast and Icecast. The main purpose of InStream is to stream live audio data from your computer’s microphone or line input to a Shoutcast or Icecast server and if you want you can also record your session.
