What makes our platform so outstanding?
Compress code and images, automatically
We built Website Acceleration Suite as a way to make all sites load faster. This is better for your users and good for SEO: we know how important Google places on web page loading speed.
So our Suite optimizes for things you might get warnings about in your page speed score. Images are resized and compressed, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are minified. That’s not all: there are over 40 performance-enhancing features you can use to fine-tune your website.
We also made a safe ‘one click’ option for those who don’t have the time or inclination to get too technical. Activate it and you will see immediate and dramatic improvements.
Autoscaling – Access as many servers as your site needs
Autoscaling literally means that our resources scale automatically. Bandwidth, memory, and processing power are instantly increased or decreased, based on demand. This is what makes them true ‘elastic clouds’. If there is an increase in traffic, your website will continue to offer the same fast experience for all users.
This is because a site is not hosted on one or two servers. Instead, you can access the resources of the entire platform – multiple servers. It’s what makes the INOVANEX iCLOUD platform special.
If there is an increase in demand and your shared hosting ‘neighbors’ are busy, it does not affect the speed of your site. The occupied sites are isolated from the others.
We optimize PHP in a unique way
In order to remain the fastest shared hosting provider, it is important that we use the latest technologies. Therefore, we research all the speed boosting technologies available to other web hosting companies.
The problem with these ‘out of the box’ products is that they don’t scale very well. They are designed for small businesses using older single-server technologies. To work with our autoscaling, we found the best option was to write our own web hosting code.
Our developers have customized PHP-FPM and OPcache to ensure that your website gets the resources it needs, even when it’s very busy. Our code increases the performance of all websites running PHP 5.6 or higher. For newer versions of PHP, the speed improvements are even more pronounced. Since we’re not limited by CloudLinux, we don’t have to impose limits on cores, memory, bandwidth, and processes.
Your site stays fast no matter how busy you are.
Load balancing that does more
Load balancing is about sharing traffic between servers. Other web servers use load balancing, but not the type we’ve developed. Its load balancing mitigates failover: if one server goes down, your site will be moved to another, so you stay online.
It’s a kind of disaster recovery. That’s to be expected: we offer that kind of server redundancy, too, though we use some of the best hardware in the industry, thanks to our long-term partners at Dell, and a strong 10Gb network.
But INOVANEX load balancing is of a different caliber.
Our global load balancing uses monitors that will respond to traffic load and balance it across multiple servers when necessary. Many other providers do not offer this. The consequence for you is this: with us, your site stays online and remains fast, regardless of the load the servers are under.
DNS by Google
The Domain Name System (DNS) translates domain names and email addresses into IP addresses. So when you visit a URL, your browser knows the address of the server to download the page. It is an essential part of the Internet, so it must be fast.
Google knows all about fast internet response times, unsurprisingly! Its global fiber network leads the industry. It provides a fast and stable response regardless of traffic. So we built our DNS platform on the same infrastructure as Google.
All domains hosted with us benefit from Google DNS.
