What does the hosting cover and what stays on my side?

We handle the infrastructure layer: performance, server maintenance, system patches, caching, WAF, backups and monitoring. Your WordPress (content, themes, plugins and their updates) stays on your side; that is what staging and one-click restore are for.

What does server-level cache add over a regular cache plugin?

Our cache works at the web-server level, not just at the PHP layer, so pages are served far faster and with lower resource usage. It integrates with a dedicated plugin for smart purging, image optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements, without conflicting configurations.

How does staging work?

With one click you generate an identical copy of your site in an isolated environment. You test updates, plugins or redesigns without touching production and, once validated, push the changes in a controlled way.

What if a theme or plugin update breaks my site?

Restore the daily backup with one click from the panel and the site is back as it was. To avoid getting there, test updates on staging first and push them once they work.

Will you migrate my current WordPress without downtime?
